New projects on the way
We have a project currently under renovation in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, 3 minutes from Turó Parc. We'll be sharing the process very soon.
FEATURED PROJECT
Ode to the wave
This building in the Eixample kept the proportions and character of another era, but needed a complete intervention to be lived in again with today's comforts.

AFTER
BEFOREOUR PHILOSOPHY
From a home with potential to a home with character
- 01
We find
We locate homes with hidden potential in Barcelona's best neighbourhoods.
- 02
We analyse
We study the structure, the light and the real possibilities before moving a single wall.
- 03
We design
Every project starts from a design of its own, made for that space and no other.
- 04
We renovate
We build with trusted craftsmen and materials that age well.
- 05
We transform
The result is a brand-new home, with its own design, style and personality.
- 06
We sell
We stay involved until we find who is going to live in it.
