Three-storey house by Passeig de Gràcia

A three-storey house 100 metres from Passeig de Gràcia, with the challenge of extending and modernising it without losing its domestic scale.

We aimed to minimise energy costs and maximise comfort through good insulation and maximum natural light. Natural materials and neutral tones give it an identity of its own.
