3-bedroom home in the Eixample

This building in the Eixample kept the proportions and character of another era, but needed a complete intervention to be lived in again with today's comforts.

The intervention recovers the splendour of the original elements: the proportions, the warmth of the ceramic vaulted ceilings, the wooden joinery, the colour of the hydraulic tile floors... adapting them to contemporary design and comfort.
